Terms And Conditions of Use the Service

1. The Agreement

  • 1.1. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure you understand them before placing an Order or used the service. The Terms and Conditions limit our liability to you in certain circumstances.
  • 1.2. These terms and conditions will apply to any order we accept from you via our website, mobile application, SMS, or any other platform. Please note that unless you agree to these terms and conditions, you should not place an order or use the service.
  • 1.3. These Terms may change from time to time, and the current version will apply to each Order you place or service you will used. We will notify you of any changes to the Terms by email.

2. Definitions

  • 2.1. When the following capitalized words are used in these Terms, here is what they will mean

  • 2.2. Application : Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry website and mobile applications

  • 2.3. Event Beyond our Control : any event or circumstance over which we have no control, the unavailability of any service provider, key personnel or key equipment without which we are unable to provide the services.

  • 2.4. Item: any garment or item collected from you as part of an order the service;

  • 2.5. Order The Service : your Order for the Services as defined in the Order form submitted via the Application;

  • 2.6. Services : personal dry cleaning or laundry services collected and delivered to your designated address;

  • 2.7. Service Providers : any third party with whom we engage to help us provide the Services;

  • 2.8. Conditions : these general terms and conditions, as amended from time to time; and

  • 2.9. We/Our/Us : Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  and at the location address 4 Route de l'Espalion 12850 Onet Le Chateau France

  • 2.10. When we use the words "written" or "written" in these Terms, this will include emails and notifications via the Application.

3. Place An Order The Service

  • 3.1. Please ensure you check your order details before submitting, as we will not be liable for any errors you make. If you believe you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm any changes to your order by email. Changes.

  • 4.2. With your consent and at our discretion, we may amend your Order instead of cancelling it in the circumstances set out

5. Cancellation Or Postponement Of Your Order

  • 5.1. You have the following limited rights to cancel an Order.
  • 5.2. You can cancel your Order under the following circumstances:
  • 5.3. At any time before the collection date indicated in our Order Acceptance Email by contacting our Customer Service at info@wenchi-coins-laundry.com
  • 5.4. After we have recovered your items if we are affected by an event beyond our control by contacting our customer service at info@wenchi-coins-laundry.com.
  • 5.3. You acknowledge that once an Item has been collected from you, we have begun to provide you with the Services and any cancellation rights you may have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or any equivalent law or regulation will be lost.
  • 5.4. Should you require your collection or return window to be rescheduled, and your originally agreed window falls within the next two hours or outside our office hours of 8:30 AM to 22:30 PM on 7/7Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  reserves the right to apply an additional fee for the rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Our Rights To Cancel Your Order

  • 6.1. We may cancel your Order and the contract between you and us in the following circumstances:
  • 6.2. As a result of an event beyond our control; or
  • 6.3. If you do not make the Items available for collection; or
  • 6.4. If we consider that an Item does not correspond to the Order, is damaged, does not contain any information about its contents or cleaning instructions, or is not one of the Items that we accept.
  • 6.5. If we cancel your Order, we will contact you by phone or email and
  • 6.6. If we have already started working on your order, we will not charge you anything and you will not have to make any payment to us;
  • 6.7. We will arrange to deliver the item(s) to you again at the original delivery time or as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Collection And Redelivery

  • 7.1. We will make reasonable efforts to collect and redeliver the items at the times specified in the Order, but we cannot guarantee that we will. We will do our best to notify you of any delays by telephone or email and to deliver Orders to our customers within the chosen time slot, but we accept no liability for any consequential losses a customer may incur due to a delivery delay.
  • 7.2. If you are not available to accept the new delivery of the Items, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a new delivery at your convenience.
  • 7.3. If delivery is not possible due to the customer's unavailability at the specified time, a €5 reshipment fee will be charged for each subsequent delivery attempt. Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  will endeavor to find a suitable delivery time.
  • 7.4 If you have not accepted or arranged delivery of an item for more than 30 days after the delivery date specified in the Order, we may dispose of the item or donate it to an accredited charity chosen by Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry .
  • 7.5. All collections and deliveries of items must be acknowledged.
  • 7.6. You may arrange for the Items to be collected from or returned to a third party, provided that you do so at your own risk and that the third party is willing to acknowledge on your behalf.
  • 7.7. You may, by giving us written instructions, ask us to leave an item at an agreed location without providing us with an acknowledgement of receipt. If you do so, it is at our discretion and entirely at your own risk, and we will not be liable to you for any damage to or loss of items returned on this basis.
  • 7.8. You are responsible for ensuring that we and/or our subcontractors have the access (including free parking facilities) that may be reasonably required to perform the Services.

8.(1). Service And Offer

  • 8.1.1. We ill provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with good industry standards.
  • 8.1.2. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our Services if you have not provided accurate information in your Order, for example, if an address is incomplete or inaccurate, or if you do not accept redelivery of the Items in accordance with an Order
  • 8.1.2.. We will not be liable for Items submitted to us that present an increased risk of damage, including, but not limited to, the following items:
  • 8.1.4. With special cleaning requirements or instructions;
  • 8.1.5. Without a label indicating cleaning instructions;
  • 8.1.6. which are damaged or stained; and
  • 8.1.7. Carrying a foreign or dangerous object, for example pins, jewelry, coins, pens, etc. and, at our discretion and with your consent, we may agree to provide the Services at your own risk with respect to these Elements.
  • 8.1.8. Washing and Drying Controls

8.(2). Verification of Elements

  • 8.2.1. Please ensure you thoroughly check all clothing for dangerous items, e.g. coins, pens, keys, etc., as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged as a result of the cleaning process.

8.(3). Washing and Drying Process

  • 8.3.1. The load is washed on a 30-degree cycle and tumble dried on a medium heat setting. Due to the high volume of orders we handle, we are not always able to accommodate individual preferences (e.g., temperature, detergent, etc.). Please note that the items are not ironed.

8.(4). Color Separation

  • 8.4.1. We will separate the light and dark garments for you. While we take the utmost care in doing so, we cannot accept responsibility for any color bleeding or transfer during the cleaning process.

8.(5). Bag Size

  • 8.5.1 We will weigh the laundry. The minimum weight is 6 kg. We will update this after weighing it at the installation. Any order under 6 kg will be charged at the price of washing and drying in the dryer.

8.(6). Damaged Items

  • 8.6.1. We are not responsible for any damage to items, as we wash them at our own expense and do not inspect the care labels on each garment. For garments requiring special treatment, such as leather, silk, cashmere, fur, velvet, and other delicate fabrics, please ensure that these items are machine washable and tumble dryable.

8.(7). Marking

  • 8.7.1.Laundry items are labeled according to the load size, not individually. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for missing items.

9. In Case Of Problems With The Services

  • 9.1. In case of problems with the Services:
  • 9.2. Please contact our customer service via the application and inform us as soon as reasonably possible; You will not have to pay us to process your complaint.
  • 9.3. Claims must be notified to us within 24 hours of the redelivery of any item if you believe we are not fulfilling our obligations under these terms.
  • 9.4. As a consumer, you have legal rights if our services are not performed with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials used are faulty or do not match the description. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local office of the National Consumer Institute, Inc. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

10. Price And Payment

  • 10.1. The price of the Services will be shown in our price list as displayed in the Application or on www.wenchi-coins-laundry.com / prices and will be the price in effect at the time you place your Order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders that we have accepted in accordance
  • 10.2. We reserve the right to charge service fees, which may be subject to change, for the provision of our services. You will be informed of all applicable service fees and taxes before purchase on the payment page of our application.
  • 10.3. At the payment section at the page, you can choose to pay by during the delivered either by (Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • 10.4. We also accept the (Bank Transfer), and it sould be transfer option instantly, and after you complete the transfer we will take a minute at the right there to verified it
  • 10.4. Our prices may include VAT, depending on the legislation where the Order is fulfilled. However, if the VAT rate changes between the date your Order is accepted and the date of payment, we will have to adjust the VAT rate you pay.
  • 10.5. When you place an Order, we capture the payment but do not directly charge your card, although some banks may show it as a recent transaction. We process payments once we have received your Order at the facility and after cleaning. If your final total is higher than the captured total (i.e., we need to update your Order accordingly), it may appear in your recent transactions, but the charged amount will be released once we have collected the full payment. We will collect payment from a debit or credit card whose details were provided with your Order. If, for any reason, we are unable to accept payment, you will owe us the amount due plus interest at a rate of 3% per annum above the Bank base lending rate from time to time. Interest will accrue daily from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay us interest as well as any overdue amounts.

11. Our Responsibility To You

  • 11.1. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to an item, Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  will pay compensation in accordance with the compensation scale established by the French Federation of Dry Cleaners and Laundries (FFPB). The FFPB guidelines state that fair and reasonable compensation should be paid based on depreciation and the age of the item.
  • 11.2. We consider it reasonable to request receipts, bank statements, or credit card statements confirming the purchase price before accepting any compensation. In the event of liability, we will follow the guidelines of the FFPB. Compensation will not include any additional costs incurred in purchasing the item, including but not limited to shipping, tailoring/alteration fees, etc.
  • 11.3. Our total liability to you for each item is limited to the maximum amount indicated on the compensation schedule, calculated after depreciation for wear and tear and the item's age. For items not covered by the compensation schedule, our liability is limited to €50 per item, upon presentation of proof of purchase stating the purchase date and the item's value, and after deduction of depreciation.
  • 11.4. You must inspect the Items after delivery, and if you believe the Items are lost or damaged, you must notify Us of such loss or damage within 48 hours of receiving the Items. We reserve the right to inspect and photograph any suspected damage to any Item.
  • 11.5. We will not be liable for damage to items that:
  • 11.5.1. Do not have the original dry cleaning receipt attached;
  • 11.5.2. Have not been subject to inspection; or
  • 11.5.3. Have been cleaned again by you or a third party.
  • 11.5.4. You acknowledge that We do not know the value of the Items, and We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover the Items.
  • 11.6. Subject to the following subparagraphs, we will compensate (in accordance with 11.1) for losses or damages due to our negligence.
  • 11.7. We will not be liable for any single item valued at more than €250 unless we have received (and confirmed) notification by email to info@wenchi-coins-laundry.com. prior to collection.
  • 11.8. We will not be liable to you for any foreseeable loss or damage. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by both you and us at the time we entered into a contract for the Services.
  • 11.9. If you use the Services for commercial, business or resale purposes, we disclaim all liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
  • 11.10. We will not be liable for any loss or damage, including, but not limited to, any loss of color, shrinkage or other damage, resulting from the following:
  • 11.11. failure to inform us of any special requirements or instructions for cleaning the item;
  • 11.12. The fact that the Item does not have a label indicating cleaning instructions;
  • 11.13. Any damage existing to the Item at the time of collection;
  • 11.14. Any foreign or dangerous object left in or on the Item, for example, pins, jewelry, coins, pens, buttons or ornaments, belts, etc.;
  • 11.15. Any foreign packaging supplied with the Item, including, but not limited to: hangers, suit bags or personal laundry bags;
  • 11.16. Our acceptance of the Articles for which we agree to provide the Services
  • 11.17. Any normal wear and tear;
  • 11.18. Incorrect labelling by the manufacturer or incorrect instructions by you;
  • 11.19. Any loss of color, discoloration or shrinkage of garments, in particular for items included in the machine washing and drying service.
  • 11.20. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for:
  • 11.20.1. Death or bodily injury caused by negligence;
  • 11.20.2. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • 11.20.3. Breach of the implied conditions of section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession);
  • 11.20.4. Breach of the implied conditions of sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples); and
  • 11.20.5. Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
  • 11.20.6. We will not be liable for any indirect loss.
  • 11.20.7. We will not be responsible for damage to buttons, zippers and other similar parts (closures/embellishments/etc).
  • 11.20.8. Some of our facilities use a permanent heat-sealed sticker ticketing system or a temporary pin. By placing an order with us, you agree that your items may be labeled in this way. We will always try to position them as discreetly as possible. We strongly advise against removing these stickers, as we accept no liability for any damage caused by your removal or that of a third party. Please contact our customer service team via the app.
  • 11.21. In the event that we issue compensation for damage to one or more items in our care, Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  reserves the right to retain permanent ownership of the damaged item(s).

12. Events Beyond Our Control

  • 12.1. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations under these terms caused by an event beyond our control.
  • 12.2. An event beyond our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control or the reasonable control of our service providers, including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts or other industrial action by third parties, civil unrest, riots, invasions, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or undeclared) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or closure or failure of public or private telecommunications infrastructure or networks.
  • 12.3. If an event beyond our control occurs and affects the performance of our obligations under these terms:
  • 12.4. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to inform you of this are :
  • 12.4.1. Our obligations under these Terms will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event beyond our control; or
  • 12.4.2. You may cancel your Order, or We may cancel it under
  • 12.4.3. If your Order is cancelled, we will return your item(s) to you free of charge.

14. How We May Use Your Personal Information

  • 14.1. We will use the personal information you provide to us to:
  • 14.1.1. Provide the Services;
  • 14.1.2. Process your payment for these Services; and
  • 14.1.3. Inform you about similar products or services we provide, unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive such communications by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry promotional email communication .
  • 14.1.4. We will not give your personal data to third parties other than service providers.

15. Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry Quality Guarantee

  • 15.1. We check every garment before it is returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we guarantee to re-clean your items free of charge. Any re-cleaning request submitted after 24 hours will be considered at our discretion.
  • 15.2. To request re-cleaning of your items, please contact our customer service department via the app, explain the problem, and attach relevant photos. A customer service agent will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

16. Re-Cleaning Policy

  • 16.1. Re-cleaning only applies to individual items that have been cleaned by Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  and the original dry cleaning receipt must be attached.
  • 16.2. Please note that it is not always possible to remove stains. If we are unable to remove a stain, customers will be notified via the receipt included with their items. In this case, we are unable to offer a free recleaning.

17. Vouchers And Promotions

  • 17.1. Vouchers are subject to expiry dates and a value for specific promotions.
  • 17.2. These conditions apply to all Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry vouchers and are subject to Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  's full service terms and conditions  and website terms and conditions.
  • 17.3. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry voucher  or any other offer.
  • 17.4. Only one voucher or code can be used per transaction.
  • 17.5. Vouchers are strictly non-transferable and have no monetary value. Selling a voucher is strictly prohibited and renders the voucher void.
  • 17.6. Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  reserves the right to refuse a voucher for a reasonable cause.
  • 17.7. Wenchi B/A Coins Laundry  reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
  • 17.8. To redeem a voucher, you must present the code on the voucher when paying.
  • 17.9. The minimum order amount for orders using a voucher code is €20, including the voucher.
  • 17.10. Once activated, vouchers must be used within 24 hours.
  • 17.11. Vouchers cannot be applied to prepaid items.

18. Other Important Terms

  • 18.3. Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If a court or competent authority decides that any of them is illegal, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
  • 18.4. These Conditions are governed by French law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

19. Prepaid Items

  • 19.1. Prepaid items offer a discounted wholesale price. You do not need to order all items in a single order.
  • 19.2. You can use prepaid items in any Order, but a minimum Order of €20 will apply.
  • 19.3. Prepaid items are non-refundable.
  • 19.4. Prepaid items can only be redeemed on the account from which the purchase was made and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • 19.5. Prepaid items are valid for a fixed period from the date of purchase.
  • 19.6. Prepaid items are already discounted. Customers cannot use any other discounts or vouchers when purchasing prepaid items.
  • 19.7. You can only use one type of prepaid item per Order.
